Seventh festival day, my fifth — and the last at the NØRDEN.
Saturday on the Königswiesen.
The afternoon belonged to the third NØRDEN Air Guitar Contest on the garden stage.
Beginners and veterans, some had decided only at short notice and stood up there for the
first time. It was hard to judge the performances. All of them brought their very own
charm.
Participants are already being sought for the next, the fourth contest — air guitar
is evidently a discipline with a future, and the prizes come “on top” of the frenetic cheers of the
audience.
Jens Ohle, acrobatic comedy in the Manege im Park, was the second reason for many
pictures. I won’t spoil the ending — but whoever attends the show will find out
soon enough.
